I'm a software engineer and alumnus of the University of Birmingham, Maths & Computer Science. Centre-left, agnostic and European. I love the Celtic fringe but live in the English Midlands. I'm interested in technology, fiddling around with computer networks and servers, wild places, and UK/US/European politics. I'm always up for a good landscape photograph.

IOCCC @ioccc@fosstodon.org
The International Obfuscated C Code Contest (IOCCC) is the Internet's oldest contest that started in 1984.
IOCCC purpose:
* To write the most Obscure/Obfuscated C program within the rules.
* To show the importance of programming style, in an ironic way.
* To stress C compilers with unusual code.
* To illustrate some of the subtleties of the C language.
* To provide a safe forum for poor C code. :-)
